| We focus on continuous Improvement of
InfraAchievers. The organization funds continuous
participation in external seminars & training sessions and
even education enhancement courses. While being on time
critical projects, InfraAchievers are encouraged to install
new tools & platforms to keep them abreast and get
familiar with changing technology. |

| Our Knowledge Management Initiatives include
publishing of white papers, updating the training repository
etc. Being a Learning organization, we continuously enhance
the Technical and Soft Skills of our Team through high
on-the-job learning content. |

| OD Interventions |

| Using the information received from the regular
InfraAchievers Satisfaction Feedback Meetings, as well through
the inputs available in Exit Interview process, we have
created Roles & Responsibilities designed for every team
member in the organization. We have created a new Performance
Management System which focuses on 3 areas of competency
comprising of Project Contribution, Self Development and
Organizational Contribution, with Citizenship Rating been
measured as a unique personality dimension. The system
comprises of a Quarterly Review and a Six Monthly
Appraisal. |
