We constantly work at enhancing People Empowerment through initiatives like Involving work groups in building Processes, Creating young Module Leaders/ Team Leaders leading small teams of youngsters, Encouraging Mentoring and creating Action Groups for Improvement Initiatives.

Knowledge Management
We focus on continuous Improvement of InfraAchievers. The organization funds continuous participation in external seminars & training sessions and even education enhancement courses. While being on time critical projects, InfraAchievers are encouraged to install new tools & platforms to keep them abreast and get familiar with changing technology.
Our Knowledge Management Initiatives include publishing of white papers, updating the training repository etc. Being a Learning organization, we continuously enhance the Technical and Soft Skills of our Team through high on-the-job learning content.
Our single point agenda is to create a Complete Software Professional from a mere technical brain. InfraAchievers have complete authority over SDLC practices in less then two years of being in InfrasoftTech.
OD Interventions
Using the information received from the regular InfraAchievers Satisfaction Feedback Meetings, as well through the inputs available in Exit Interview process, we have created Roles & Responsibilities designed for every team member in the organization. We have created a new Performance Management System which focuses on 3 areas of competency comprising of Project Contribution, Self Development and Organizational Contribution, with Citizenship Rating been measured as a unique personality dimension. The system comprises of a Quarterly Review and a Six Monthly Appraisal.
