Management System
InfraPMS is a web based global Performance
Management System administered quarterly to identify stars and
lift non-performers. Individual assessments identify personal
needs for training and compensation changes and plan career
growths. Best Performance Awards and Special Contribution
awards are conferred on InfraAchievers during well-attended
InfraEvents.
